State and Federal Agencies

North Dakota Department of Labor and Human Rights - responsible for enforcing the North Dakota Human Rights Act (N.D.C.C. 章14-02.4); investigates complaints alleging discriminatory practices.

U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (光学字符识别) ——负责确保受教育机会均等,并通过大力落实公民权利在全国推广优质教育.

North Dakota Century Code chapter 15-10-68  指明洗手间和淋浴间只供男性使用或只供女性使用. **Bathrooms in residence halls are impacted by this new law.  With the exception of Burgum Hall, 所有其他宿舍都经过设计或改造,包括提供性别中立的浴室设施.  Bathrooms in other areas of campus are not impacted by this law. **

Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 - prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability, ensures accessibility of buildings, and provides for reasonable accommodations in employment and education.

Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 -禁止联邦承包商基于残疾的歧视,并要求采取平权行动,以雇用和提升合格的残疾人.

Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 -禁止在联邦援助项目中基于残疾的歧视.

性别/性别:

宗教:
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 -禁止基于种族、肤色、宗教、性别或国籍的就业歧视.

其他:
Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act or Campus SaVE Act of 2013 -《乐虎集团》修正案,以帮助加强应对和预防高等教育中的性暴力.

Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA) -致力于通过预防强奸工作结束对妇女的暴力行为, funding for victim services, and other measures.

《乐虎集团》(1990年克莱里法案) - requires universities to share information about campus crimes, make efforts to improve campus safety, and give timely warnings about crimes on or near campus.
